Privacy Policy

1. Respect the Space & Equipment Policy

All guests must treat props, backdrops, gaming systems, furniture, and equipment with care. No standing, climbing, or hanging on installations unless clearly marked as interactive. Any intentional damage will result in fees for repair or replacement. We want everyone to enjoy a clean, safe, and creative environment. 

2. Supervision & Drop-Off Policy

For drop-off services, parents or guardians must complete a registration form and provide emergency contact information before leaving their teen. Staff members are present to supervise; however, guests must follow all house rules. Parents using our optional camera access system may view activity during their child's visit for added peace of mind.

3. Time & Booking Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Walk-in play and party packages must be paid in advance. Party bookings require a deposit to secure the date and time. No outside decorations or vendors without prior approval. 

4. Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless included in a booked party package or approved in advance. Drinks must remain in designated lounge areas and away from gaming equipment and electronic installations. 

5. Content Creation & Conduct Policy

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal and social media use. However, inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Respect other guests' privacy-do not record others without permission. Management reserves the right to ask anyone violating policies to leave without a refund.
